Mother's Day can be a day that fills each of us with joy, rejection, or a crazy mixture of both.

Motherhood is a 24-hour a day, 365 days a year job. There are no vacation days. There are days when you are counting down each minute ‘til bedtime. But then there are the moments which fill your heart to the brim. As you pour out love, don't forget to receive God's love.

Infertility is often lonely and isolating for the person experiencing it. Supporting someone through infertility as a family member or friend can be challenging because it is so difficult to know what to say to your loved one who is hurting. They aren’t able to fix the problem, and neither are you.

Infertility is often very private as you experience masked pain others do not know about. For some women, being childless is a choice, but for others it is a journey placed on them due to infertility, singleness, financial stresses, or a host of other possible reasons.

God calls each of us, every human being, to show up in these moments. God calls us to shine His light. He calls us to action. God never asks us to hold back on helping others. He never asks us to not give too much so we can have more for ourselves.
